It doesn't matter whether it's known as AT&T Broadband or Comcast...

Due to yet another foul-up(cable TV line audit,my foot!),our home's cable Internet connection was inavertently cut off last week;which is why I'm posting this at a public library computer.A Comcast technician is supposed to come tomorrow,but even then,it's entirely possible that they've pulled the same stunt twice:Last time this happened(12/2001-1/2002),we were without an Internet connection for 3 weeks...
