Some 2 decades ago,they short-circuited Fred Rated .Now,barring an eleventh-hour white knight, Circuit City may itself be on the brink of being short-circuited out of business.I actually bought a few of my first anime DVD's at a location near work before Best Buy opened up a store in the area;and if they truly do end up liquidating,at least I'll have at least a snowball of a chance of scoring a steal of a deal on a likely spare portable media player .Though my little ZEN is under an extended warranty,the expired warranty on my big ZEN is becoming a dimmer memory with each passing day though it hasn't yet either died on me or shown signs of frequent malfunction.Yes,they do sell a hard-drive based model that is not an iPod or Zune...
