mysteryperson_x has just released Futari wa Purikyua Splash Star episodes 13 and 14 fansubbed.At one point,the download speeds for the episode 13 torrent hit 239 kb/s;but due to few seeds,it's leveled off quite a bit and is currently at 53.9%.I'll start the episode 14 torrent tomorrow after getting home from work...
