For some reason,McAfee skipped it's weekly scan last week, and this was a week after the prior scheduled scan caught yet another trojan(the third in the past 3 months). As recently as today,Malware Bytes has turned up nothing. If it isn't my antivirus software being an enigma,it's my company's stock:last month it was back above a dollar and stayed that way for a couple weeks, eventually hitting $1.10 about three weeks ago. Then comes a bad earnings report the next day it it drops 15 cents.Today,it dropped a nickel and is testing 52-week lows.I know this was as low as 20 cents a share in early 2009,but it clawed its was back all the way to $2.35 a year ago last month.I seriously hope that it doesn't re-test 20-cent territory any time soon:I've logged in over 12 years with Rite Aid and I just hope they can hang in there,as Sacramento remains one of a few markets nationwide where thay have a market share lead even though their chainwide store count trails that of both CVS/pharmacy and Walgreens...

Now that all 33 Chilean miners have been safely rescued alive, best wishes to all for a full recovery...

Having the urge to google 'mkv sucks' recently,I was pleasantly surprised at the generous number of results;as those stupid matroskas are so hard to convert or view on normal players...

Listing to an inter-song soundbyte on my local Jack FM station recently,I was reminded of my distaste for the slang 'sike' that I've had for a long time(I really don't care if I am spelling it wrong.).When given a choice,I would rather use a Wayne's World 'not'.Speaking of movies,Escape from New York may have been the first of its genre. Before there was Rambo or The Terminator, there was The Snake...

Happy birthday to both Masaya Onosaka(who turns 46)and Tomoe Ohmi(who turns 28)...
